I bought this product with high hopes, but sadly it does not work. In fact it made the mats on my cat worse..disappointed!

Iove this almost as much as my pets.

I use this for my dogs, cats, horses and llamas. Knots and snarls brush out easily without struggling and pulling. I use bristle brushes, resorting to a soft slicker only when the knots are very severe caused by burs or sticks from outdoor play. Their
