Amigo Stock Horse Turnout, 200 gram, Black/Silver

The Amigo Stock Horse Turnout is a waterproof and breathable 200 gram blanket designed to fit the shape of a Ranch or Stock horse. This blanket incorporates D-rings for the attachment of optional leg straps, and has a neck cover (sold separately). A striking black and silver turnout blanket with a 600D outer the Amigo Stock Horse Turnout is sized in 2” increments for a perfect fit.

Fabric: Strong 600D polyester waterproof and breathable outer with polyester lining.

Features: Detachable neck cover sold separately. Made with d-rings for the attachment of hind leg straps (sold separately.)

Size not true to fit

This would have been a decent turnout, for the price, had it fit. I purchased this turnout because it is supposedly made for a stock horse. Over the years I have purchased many blankets and have learned to follow the measuring guides for each brand and type of blanket, as these vary. This blanket was too snug across the chest and throughout the shoulder area. Plus it did not completely cover my horse’s rump. I would definitely size up on this one. Add four inches to your measurement. I also felt the surcingal buckles were a little lightweight and difficult to connect and disconnect. If it had fit, it would have made a good blanket for the price. I’ll stick with the Rhino level. Totally worth the price.
