Powerful heater but...

I have used this heater for years in my stock tanks and really liked it but recently I have had to replace them a lot. After the year warranty is up they either quit working or it starts to shock my horses. It is very powerful and will melt the ice and ma

works great. I have several. I put them in kiddie pools for my dogs, water fowl and poultry . best one I have tried so far. I had another brand that kept throwing breakers used a lot of electric.

Great product but not thermostatically controlled

This is a terrific, durable and handy de-icer. It is a little power house, place it on a solid block of ice and in less than a minute there will be a complete hole shaped just like the unit. That being said, it does not have a thermostat, the thermostatic
