I ordered 4 of these for my chicken tractors. They're surprisingly sturdy. I mounted them on the outside of the tractors and made a panel for the back of the box so the eggs can be collected from the outside. They work well. Wish they came with that pane

These nesting boxes would be fantastic if they had a bit more structural support to them, but if the wall they are mounted on is not perfectly square the trays tip forward and you end up with cracked eggs.

This is a great solution for my hens! The plastic bottom is easily removable for daily cleaning (just rinse it off with a hose). The covered egg area saves eggs from that one chicken everyone has, plus keeps them nice and clean. They do seem a little s
